I have a question about the Sandbox Tiers. For example, If I have 2 Tiers for the User Code Service, Tier A and Tier B. The worker process number (MaximumWorkerProcesses) of Tier A is 1, the worker process number of Tier B is 2. My question is, will the User Code Service create 3 individual worker process for the user code execution (if Tier A & B are all used by code execution request)? Thanks again for your great article.

re: Ghosted and unghosted pages - part 1 of 2

Eric:

Ghosted is an old term that refers to the original templated state of the page... kinda like... you think it lives in the database but actually it doesn't.

The new 2007 and 2010 term mapping: Ghosted is Uncustomized. Unghosted is Customized.

re: Code Access Security policies within SharePoint v3

Ghouse: Workflow assemblies must be fully trusted. That's a requirement of the .NET framework.

re: Ghosted and unghosted pages - part 1 of 2

Your article states "Ghosted pages become unghosted once a file has been modified." As much as I try to wrap my mind around this, I found it backwards. It makes more sence to me to have a unghosted page as the original residing on the hard drive and once you modify it, it becomes ghosted.

I would appreciate if you could elaborate on how and why is it so. I am very new to SP and was basically thrown into the developing custom web parts.

Thanks,
